  • 8 oz shishito peppers (washed and dried)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for added depth)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or rice vinegar (for brightness)

Instructions
