Classic Keto Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts (or walnuts for a budget option)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
