Flavorful Spicy Garlic White Wine Clam Stew

Ingredients
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 Medium Green Chili Pepper
  • 2-4 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Fish or vegetable stuck
  • 1 Small bunch Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Medium Leek
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 Ibs Clams
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1/4 cup White wine.
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 Lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 Buch Fresh Paesley to garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 1baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 Optional jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for mild heat)

    Soak clams in cold salted water for 15–20 minutes to remove sand. Rinse thoroughly and discard any cracked or open clams that do not close when tapped.
