For the Kabobs:
  • 1 1 lb chicken breast or lamb/beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)
